We’ve been searching high and low for the music for this chorus; I believe it was composed by J. Rice or Mrs. John Rice.

You may be able to find the music at The Sword of the Lord bookstore web site. Although the lady in the video sings the song beautifully, the tune is not exactly right. I heard it sung many years ago by Mina Oglesby at a Ladies Conference in Greenville, SC.

This song was written many years ago by one of John R. Rice’s daughters – not by him. I first came to know it when published in The Joyful Woman magazine. I am thinking it was written by
Joy Rice Martin, though not sure. I wish I had kept the music. Actually, I do think I have it somewhere, but cannot place my hands on it.
